After spending the past 43 years assisting clients through the challenges of dealing with the life-altering changes associated with divorce, custody, and related Family issues, I have decided to no longer represent clients in court. However, I will continue to apply my background and experience as a Board Certified Family Law attorney to provide mediation and other dispute resolution services for parties involved in family related matters.
Mediation is a confidential, problem-solving process designed to promote agreements between parties without resort to the uncertainty associated with a final trial before a judge or jury. Mediation is not court. It is a confidential and safe process designed to assist parties to develop agreements of their own in a controlled environment. Most mediations are conducted virtually or remotely via Zoom.
